The world is changing at rapid pace, but the change taking place is not for the better. It seems that the days of American dominance are coming to an abrupt end. There are many reasons for our downfall, but the worst part of our decline is the cause of it. Instead of our decline as a Great Society being caused by the emergence of a new empire, the cause is from within our own borders at the hands of fellow Americans.  It seems that too many Americans are willing to accept the dominance of other world powers such as China. I would say that Americans seem all too willing to lift up their rear to another alpha dog!

China and Russia are licking their chops and ready to hasten our departure from prominence, aided by ineffective and short-sighted leadership. It makes little difference between Republican and Democrat, because both parties have buried their heads in the sand. Our leaders either fail to recognize the downward spiral, or the people of the ruling class are thinking that they will benefit by the collapse of America.

Instead of our leaders finding ways to generate growth by investing in infrastructure, thus getting more Americans back to work, the members of the aristocracy would rather bankroll failing companies and banks that have little regard for the average American. There is plenty of evidence that suggest there is more empathy for CEO’s that have destroyed the American way of life than the typical family facing foreclosure and a future of uncertainty.  Yes, the commoner is held in contempt by the people claiming to be their voice.  God forbid the commoner speak up against their rights being infringed upon. Such a person is labeled a conspiracy theorists, or at the very least insane! We have no right to voice our opinion because we are not qualified to speak up for ourselves. The only ones that have a valid point are those from Ivy League Schools who are trust fund babies. The average American is too stupid and unintelligent to recognize when they are the victims of a con. The con being politicians who claim to defend the constitution; yet at the same time, they conspire to make the most money for themselves by making deals with all our enemies. Maybe our leaders are not as sinister as we might think. Maybe they are not as smart as we think they are. Perhaps, an ignorant American can give our leaders some ideas to think about. Some ideas that might improve things in America: 

1.)    Stop trading with China-This would require America to create more domestic manufacturing jobs. Remember, China uses what amounts to slave labor.  What kind of liberal wants to trade with nations that have such contempt for its people?

2.)    Pull out of the Middle East and develop energy sources in America. When it becomes clear to nations in the Middle East that their oil is no longer needed as much as they need American Wheat to survive, such countries will have a surprisingly benevolent attitude.

3.)    Move the UN to Jerusalem! Watch how fast violence will end when all the world leaders have an equal opportunity to get killed. The concept of self-interest and preservation seems to be stronger than allowing terrorism to exist.

4.)    Stop giving into Islam-Once again, how can one be a liberal and desire any trade with countries that demean women? 

These are just 4 ideas that would work very well if our leaders had the courage to act on them. There are a few others people with common sense could add to the list. The solutions are not the responsibility of one, but the responsibility of the many. E Pluribus Unum.
