2010 was a year when public relations for the most part maintained levels (minor fluctuations) in regards to budgets and client initiatives.
2010 was also a year that proved to be one of the most challenging largely in part to global economic, social, political, religious, ethnic and cultural paradigm tsunamis.
The image of public relations in these times is always a matter of concern. It is during times such as these that there are many claiming to be professional practitioners when the reality is that they subscribe to none of the industry commonly held standards of practice.
