Catholic Church Under Siege:  Emboldened by Parishioner Silence and Apathy, Catholic Children’s Schools Slaughtered on Altars of PC, Politics and Sins of The Fathers

Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York – The Catholic Church and its hierarchy with Archbishop Dolan as a modern example and as witnessed throughout history, have not been immune from worldly politics, hypocrisy, corruption, greed and other “Sins of The Fathers.”

Many sheep chose not to see, believe that their ‘church’ would abort their children’s education yet over the course of the past several years the schools have been systematically dismantled with the full cooperation, ‘dirty hands’ of the pastors of the local churches that ran catholic schools. Bernard Heter of St. Thomas of Canterbury Parish School located in Cornwall-on-Hudson is the best example along  with his then handpicked principle.

For the faithful catholic there are a few facts that you must finally admit to for any of this to make sense to you,  challenge your thinking, challenge authority, remembering that the only authority people and institutions have over you is that which you give them…The Church is supposed to Work For Our Families!

1.   This entire situation is a combination of Politics (progressive socialism), Centralized Urban Planning, and Wealth Redistribution under the euphemism “Pathways to Excellence.”

2.   Efforts to ‘save our schools’  has been doomed from the start as the parents, as sheep to the slaughter,  have been playing by the rules that the people who set the rules told them were the parameters they had to maneuver in. When economically sound solutions were presented they were ignored in favor the agenda(s) mentioned above in bullet 1, they changed the rules/parameters to fit their agenda.

3.   As a ‘faithful sheep’ you are not only a cash cow for the local programs your money gets funneled to support their pet urban center agenda projects.  New York Archdiocese example: like the NYS tax system much of your church donations get siphoned off to NYC.

4.   The Church is closing your school(s) while continuing to ask you to support the building and running of schools in Africa, South America and Asia!  Ask yourself; is not my Childs education worth something, support?  Why take our money, close our schools?  What is your agenda?

Time to go ‘Financial Nuclear’!  In the beginning we  advocated going ‘Financial Nuclear’ (neither nasty nor disrespectful) from the start.  To date the effort has been guided by a member of the clergy that we all agree is loyal to his leadership/paycheck with absolutely no desire to keep the school, in fact has been instrumental in its dismantling it over the past few years.

“Going Financial Nuclear” never means that you lose your civility nor Christian character.

It DOES mean that we hit the one true nerve that will jolt the Merchants of Religion, ‘Praise The Lord and Pass The Loot’ let the Archdiocese know that the loot will no longer be flowing.  That without our schools or support of the combo plan at STOC their agenda will not get funded, the building of schools overseas while our children are cutoff!

1.   Communicate: The parish families in public school from STOC, Sacred Heart (HF) and St. Joseph’s(NW) need to hear the truth not what the church is telling them or what they are hearing from the media.

2.   Develop:  a one sheet clear and concise printable flyer to be placed on the windshields of every car attending masses.  Carry them with you also for individuals that you meet.

3.   Empty Envelope Campaign:  We are only required to place an envelope in the collection basket, for now just place a dollar into the regular weekly collection to retain your standing with the school/parish.  ALL other envelopes and we mean ALL other envelopes place in empty or with a note no school/no money!  Get all your parish families to do the same in support of our children.

4.   Go Rev. Jackson/Rev. Sharpton on them…Peacefully Boycott Church events and giving, let the archbishop appeal know that you will not send in any more donations.

5.   Church Bulletin Businesses:  Send letters to the businesses advertising on church bulletins that you WILL NOT SUPPORT THEM for their financial support of the Church that is closing your children’s schools.

6.   The Church hates media Attention!  Do the above and it will come.

Raising funds at the expense of our children, teachers and community to pay for the ‘Sins of The Fathers’.  Dolan speaks of a ten Million shortfall in education yet he is still yoked with having to payoff the ‘Sins of The Fathers’ lawsuits in addition to using catholic church funds to help build the “ground zero mosque”!

From sources deep within the Archdiocese of New York we learned with the schools out of the way the parishes will become in the terms of Archbishop Dolan “Unviable” with only the elderly supporting the parishes and their numbers dwindling.

St. Thomas of Canterbury in Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York is, as with other parishes and properties recently,  are to be sold off in the instance for St. Thomas in Cornwall and St. Joseph’s in New Windsor  that means another “Woodbury Cancer” (Kiryas Joel / Partner developer) project right in the heart of Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson and New Windsor.
